I get questions daily, asking me about nutrition a I get questions daily, asking me about nutrition and how I eat so many calories every day. 

As you can see - my training is very intense and I do spend a good amount of time on my feet daily. 

On average, I get in about 12,000 - 14,000 steps per day. 

Over the years I’ve improved my metabolism by increasing training volume, activity level, and by eating more food. 

If you think you have a “slow” metabolism - take a look at your calorie intake, calorie output, activity level, etc..

We can all increase our metabolic rate. It does take a little patience with slight increases in calories/macros over time. 

Food is fuel. Don’t fear it.

Last night was unbelievable awesome! 

The support from my love @laudicess and the entire @abcfnorthmiamibeach family was incredible! 

I PR’d my clean 2 times within 50 seconds of each other after finishing a 10min AMRAP with 5 min for the clean. 

332lbs was my previous PR

Pretty damn stoked! Let’s go!
